All this is possible from La Grande Maison and only 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris on the high speed TGV to Saumur.
Hire a car and drive along the banks of the beautiful Loire River. Or collection & return is also available to/from Saumur Railway Station. You are then leisurely driven across the Loire River with views of the Saumur Chateau as we head south into the Saumur Vineyards where you will find you accommodation nestled in the vines.
You can walk to our local restaurant Le Bouchon Ponot in Le Puy Notre Dame though the vineyard tracks. Or lifts are available to local restaurants on request.
Accommodation is available in one of our four well appointed bedrooms all with private en-suite shower or bathroom and wc. A delicious continental breakfast is offered with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee or tea, croissants and baguettes all collected daily from the boulangerie.
