Sebastian David - wow what a find and what a great guy Sebastian is. Wines are sublime what more can I say. So much care is taken to produce the purest red wine possible. 100% grape, little sulphur, produced biodynamically and aged in oak stored in the vast caves that we have to drive down into. A trip not for the faint hearted!
Frederic Mabilleau - personally love the wines from this St Nicolas producer. He has just bought a parcel of Chenin Blanc in the vineyards at the back of La Grande Maison so particullarly keen to see how he does with these. One of my fave reds Les Coutures.
